There are similar videos in which a hand axe is used. You could also use a longsword or a variety of other bladed objects as long as they're thick enough to withstand the initial impact. The bullet is already moving so fast that it will tear itself apart on practically anything. Heck a steel pole will shatter a .22 bullet and spray it over the area behind it.
