Umm I think there were slightly more than 10 "Cubans" there, I am not sure what to make of the Grenada thing (which means I have learnt little about it) as it appeared to have started as a storm in a tea cup that could have been avoided and then through misunderstanding, paranoia poor communication blew up into a full scale typhoon that required military action.
