well how else was the government supposed to get an ok from the people to invade Iraq? they had to sugar coat it. They had to make it "politically correct" (my most hated term ever) for things to fly well with all the red tape crap that any issue has to go through. If I could create a government, i would not put so much emphasis on a separation of church and state, rather a separation between state and military. sometimes there are things that have to be done and politics should not interfere.
