You can also go to
www.spyber.com and download hijackthis there.
I've also added a link to a great (and free) automated hijackthis log file analyzer at the bottom there..
Hijackthis is a great program, but it's not a good idea to delete anything unless you're 100% sure what you're doing..
You can also post your spy/adware problems in this part of the forum, there are a few members here (me included) that knows a thing or two about removing pests like that..
