When you say Europe, what countries are you talking about?
There have been reunions betewen europeans and chinesse politics concerning this issue?? I never heard of it...
If you are right, I think that it would be a big mistake of Europe. We have to remember what comunism did in Europe, and arming a potentional enemy is not very intelligent...
