Post; 101st AB Div's E Co. assault on four 105mm's on D-Day

The assault was perfect, text book.

I want to hear what other have to say on it.

It is indeed and it is, apparantly, text book. Not being a West Pointer, I can't confirm it, but the mini series says that it is still taught to the cadets at West Point.

It was an innovative assault that hit the Germans from all sides and caught the German soldiers manning the artillary pieces off guard.
