The first thing you need to think of is "how much is this domain worth for me??"
One of the biggest "traps" potential sellers falls into (in my opinion) is overpricing their domains.
Do not use free appraisal services, they tend to (seriously) overprice most domains, since
they base their evaluations on the price the "perfect" end-user may be interested in giving for that domain...
But in most cases, that "perfect end-user" doesn't exist, or he will never find your name, so
you'll just end up with another registration fee "wasted".....

You can get your domains appraised by professional appraisers like Afternic ,
it does only cost from $6.95 and up, depending on the type of appraisals you are looking for.

Try and sell your domains for the price at the lower end of the price range they give you if you are looking for a quick(er) sale, and maybe move towards the middle-high end if you believe the buyer really wants your domain name.

There are many sites out there where you can list your domains for sale, but I've personally had best
success with Afternic and listing them for sale here on my own site.

After you've registered with Afternic it's really important to find the correct category for your domain names.
Some domains are pretty obvious, but others may need some research before you'll find the correct one.

You can also redirect your domain names to your Afternic sales page, so every visitor who types in your domain
or finds it through a search engine will know that it is for sale, and can bid on it right away.

You can also do a google search for your domain keyword(s), and try to contact some of the companies that ranks high for that search and ask them if they could be interested in buying your domain(s)..
(you can mail them the direct link to Afternic so everything can be arranged quite easily there)
